SEEM (Safe and Easy Electricity Manager).

Unlike other domestic products, circuit breakers are still very technical. Enclosed in their hard plastic cases, they are not user-friendly nor aesthetically pleasing.

SEEM has been designed to answer those issues. In a society where electricity has increasingly become an important resource due to wide use that we make of it, it is crucial for people to understand how to deal with it in their domestic context.

Aurore Brard has designed a new circuit breaker panel as an intuitive interface with simple communicative signals, graphics and structure, made accessible for anyone to understand and use.

The mirror doors make it a daily useful object, well integrated into its surrounding. Yet, the treatment on the doors let the red signal light through, to communicate that one of the power groups tripped and needs to be switched back into position.
